We collect the name you choose, your submission, selected categories, optional rating, display consent and editing consent. Questions may include optional contact details, which are kept private. Our team uses these details to review submissions, respond and improve our services.
Only approved content with public display consent appears here. Private contact details are never included in public records. Submissions are stored on the server and accessible to authorised administrators. Anti-spam checks and temporary request limits help protect the service.
To withdraw consent, request removal or correct information, contact Janan Consultancy. Private submissions are retained for follow-up and can be removed on request. Moderation records retain the action, record reference and date without retaining deleted submission text. Never submit passport details, bank information or sensitive documents.
